as an illustrator, i often find myself
switching between mediums
multiple times within
the same piece. it's the best way to
keep myself engaged with a piece until
its completion. it's a new space,
it's a new tool. it's a new direction
within the same, static piece of art.
though as can be seen, often times
static art still doesn't cut it for
me.
i often employ a convoluted combination of (both traditional and digital) collage, graphite, ink, colored pencil, watercolor.
as well as digital canvases such as Clip Studio Paint, Microsoft Paint, KidPix, Krita, Samsung Notes, etc.
it's a time consuming and exhausting method, but i also don't really care, some of my proudest work was a perfectly good waste of my time.
